Becky Waldrop, M.Ed, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist/ Owner

Becky graduated from Valdosta State University with both her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She holds a Georgia state license and ASHA CCC. She is also a member of the Georgia Speech and Hearing Association. She provides intervention in the areas of infant/toddler swallowing disorders, early intervention, language, childhood apraxia of speech, speech sound disorders, social communication skills and fluency disorders. She is also skilled to provide treatment for adults with swallowing and cognitive disorders. She has previous work experience in public schools, skilled nursing facilities and private practice. She is trained in Beckman Oral Motor, Talk Tools Sensory Motor approach to Feeding, PROMPT and Vital Stim. When not working at Milestones Therapy she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and running. 

 

JADE Y KELLY, M.ED, CCC-SLP

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Jade graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master of Education in Communication Disorders. In the course of her career, Jade has had the pleasure of working in multiple facilities in various capacities including public schools, private clinic, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. She has performed diagnosis and treatment of apraxia, articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, phonological processing, fluency, dysphasia in children and adults. Jade holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), a Georgia speech-language pathology license, and is Vital Stem certified.

 

Erinn Lucas M.ED, CCC-SLP

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Erinn Lucas received a Bachelors and Masters of Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Valdosta State University. She spent 3 years working in the Bibb County School District before moving to Tifton and working for Milestones Therapy in 2019. She has experience treating pediatric articulation, language, fluency, and feeding disorders, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Erinn is a certified provider of Beckman Oral Motor Therapy. When she is not at Milestone Therapy, Erinn enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, crafting, working on her culinary skills, and binge-watching The Office.

 

Georgia Jackson M.ED, CCC-SLP

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Georgia has always had a desire to help people of all ages in varying ways. She loves helping her patients and giving their parents ways to support communication at home. Georgia received her Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Master’s degree in Communication Sciences Disorders from Valdosta State University. Since graduation, Georgia has addressed the speech needs of children ages 4 to 21 in the public school setting. She has also provided speech therapy services through home health services in the Tift County area (Ocilla, Fitzgerald, Moultrie, Sylvester, Adel, Tifton) for adults, as well as adults and children in rehabilitation settings. Georgia has specific certifications in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol and the Lindamood-Bell (LIPS) protocol. Georgia is a member of ASHA and licensed in the state of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, and tending to her cats, donkeys (Jack, Carley, and Hank) and a few chickens. She also enjoys exercising and socializing with friends.

Jody Moore M.S, CCC-SLP SPeech Langauge Pathologist

Jody graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 1993 and Valdosta State University with a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 1995. She holds a Georgia State License, Georgia Organization of School Based Speech Language Pathologist, and an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She has experience treating pediatric and school-aged articulation, phonological processes, language, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Jody has specific certification in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol and the Lindamood-Bell (LIPS) Protocol. She has provided speech and language services through home health services, public schools, private practice, and skilled nursing facilities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.

MacKenzie Cross M.S, CCC-SLP Speech Language Pathologist

MacKenzie achieved a Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia and a Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders through Georgia Southern University. She spent the last four years of her career serving students in the Coffee County School System and began working at Milestones Therapy in June 2023. MacKenzie has had experience serving children of various ages who display articulation, language, and fluency disorders, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA and is licensed in the state of Georgia. When not working, MacKenzie enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, and being active/exercising. She is excited to be a part of the Milestones Therapy team!

Jenna Ganas M.ED, CCC-SLP SPeech language Pathologist

Jenna is a licensed SLP who earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University. Jenna holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She has experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of communication and swallowing disorders including articulation and phonological disorders, apraxia of speech, language disorders, aphasia, voice disorders, fluency disorders, and functional communication disorders. Jenna is trained in gestalt language processing and Natural Language Acquisition. Prior to joining the Milestones Therapy team, Jenna worked in public schools and private practice. When not at work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and running.
